Boende bokas på egen hand från varje lag/förening i samband med anmälan. Vill ni ha hjälp från organisationen fyller ni i det i blanketten så kontaktar vi er. Våra samarbetshotell är i första hand Scandic i Gävle för ett rabatterat pris. De har två hotell som är möjliga att bo på. Notera att boka tidigt är att rekomendera för att garanteras rum då antalet rum är begränsade.
Svenska och Norska lagen hänvisas i första hand till Scandic medans Tyska och danska lagen hänvisas till Clarion.
Mat/kost möjligheter finns, bland annat finns en cafeteria i hallen för lättare mat, kaffe, läsk, vatten och frukt och dyl. Middag kommer att finns för beställning genom hotellbokningarna. Lunch- och middagspaket kommer att erbjudas er lag närmare.

Accommodation - Hotels are booked independently from each team/association in connection with registration. If you want help from the organization, fill in the form and we will contact you. Our partner hotels are primarily Scandic in Gävle for a discounted price. They have two hotels that are possible to stay at. Note that booking early is recommended to guarantee a room as the number of rooms is limited.
Food options are available, including a cafeteria in the hall for light food, coffee, soft drinks, water and fruit, etc. Dinner will be available to order through the hotel reservations. Lunch and dinner packages will be offered to your team closer.
