Invite to World Cup Volt Hockey 2023

The World Cup Volt Hockey is to be the world's largest volt hockey tournament. The venue place that makes players, managers, referees, officials and sports lovers from all over the world want to meet. The first year was a magical experience when, for the first time in world history, the unique gathering place was created with all participating nations at the same time.

The world's largest and first edition of the World Cup Volt Hockey was arranged on September 16-18 in Gävle in the Gavlehov area. With teams from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Canada and the USA, we then created - the world's largest volt hockey tournament of all time. In total, the World Cup Volt Hockey included 22 teams and nearly 200 players as well as another 100 leaders and chaperones. Add to that about 100 non-profit forces that made the event possible. There you got the World Cup Volt Hockey 2022 i Gävle.

Now we take the next step - and we are excited to say - warm welcome back to Gävle!

World Cup Volt Hockey's ambition to be so much more than just a tournament, we want to be a big part of the sport's endeavor to get as many people as possible involved in physical activity and social contexts.

World Cup Volt Hockey is a long-term strategy that will put sports for people with disabilities at the center.

"We are more than just an event..." and we see that we are an important part of the solution that enables to more people can participate in the sport.

We need to make a difference and create the conditions for meaningful active leisure time. Everyone should have the right to play sports according to their circumstances. The event becomes a focal point for the strategy that takes place every day, all year round. The work does not only revolve around the event itself and the stage - in daily life it is at least as important to look after a healthy and well-being recipient association with support and tools to create a good sports day.

We have decided, we want to make a difference. It's real.

With World Cup Volt Hockey, we want to give the target group an event they deserve and create a platform to develop and discuss social sustainability in a whole new dimension for people with disabilities.

Vi vill bjuda in era organisationer inom Sverige, Norge, Danmark och Tyskland för att genomföra World Cup Volt Hockey med oss.

Vi erbjuder möjlighet att delta i World Cup Volt Hockey - utan anmälningsavgift.

Nytt för i år är också att vi spelar matcher på fredagen - vi adderar alltså en tävlingsdag.

Alla lag som deltar står för sina egna kostnader men via våra samarbetspartners har vi skräddarsytt specialanpassade lösningar. Vi har givetvis möjlighet att bistå med bokningar och logistik för respektive lag vid önskemål. Information om dessa lösningar finns på hemsidan.

Sista anmälningsdagen är 15:e augusti 2023 där efter är anmälan bindande.

Anmälan för spelregistrering inklusive måltidsbeställningar och eventuella allergier sker senast den 31 augusti 2023. Efter anmälan får ni som lag och förening en länk att göra beställning på.
